However dedicated a teacher you are, sometimes emergencies arise and it is impossible to get to your mat class or studio session. Maybe your preferred holiday plans clash with your teaching schedule. Perhaps you run a busy studio and need cover for staff holidays and sickness. Now, you no longer have to disappoint your clients. Call me instead!
I have been doing Pilates since 1999 and teaching since 2003. I did my matwork training (basic, intermediate, advanced) with Body Control Pilates® and my studio training (reformer, cadillac, wunda chair and barrels) with Helge Fisher's New Pilates School.
I live near Sutton, Surrey and am prepared to travel any reasonable distance, mainly within London and Surrey.
