A Pilates body has good posture, is long and lean, strong but supple. It can be achieved through Pilates, an exercise method for the mind and body, developed during the 20th Century by the late Joseph Pilates.
Pilates can benefit everyone whatever their level of fitness. There are exercises tough enough to challenge professional athletes, but all of these are broken down into easy stages, so that even if you haven't exercised for years, suffer from backache or are recovering from an injury, Pilates has something to offer you.
pilatesbody.co.uk is based in Mundford, near Thetford in Norfolk and offers Pilates tuition to groups and individuals as well as cover for other teachers.
