Below is a selection of audio files (MP3s) that you can download to your computer, iPod or other MP3 player to support your Pilates practice at home. Pick and mix those that you want to make up your personal programme.
Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in with bare feet or socks, but no shoes. I recommend a mat, but you may not need it if you are exercising on a thick carpet. You may be more comfortable with a cushion to support your head. A few of the exercises need a tennis ball or a stretch-band. You can substitute a belt or scarf for the band.
